A low price of energy seems a good target ... but what should be the priority: Lower price electricity in the industrial sector to promote competitiveness and attract investment and lower the domestic price of electricity to increase the purchasing power of citizens and boost consumer spending?

Setting objectives is not a technical or scientific. We can not put together a couple of engineers, with a database, do some calculations and concluded that the purchasing power of citizens is above the protection of the environment.
This is a question and POLITICAL IDEOLOGICAL . (hopefully know forgive me for saying a word as objectionable as old-fashioned)
